How to Prepare for a Session

Keep in mind that this is sacred time set aside for YOU. Consider preparing your body, mind, and spirit with the following practices:

  • Journal or reflect on anything you’ve been holding — dreams, emotions, triggers, or intentions.
  • Bring sacred objects that offer comfort or power: crystals, photos, talismans, offerings, or ancestral items.
  • Create grounding space before our session: light a candle, hold a stone, sip warm tea, or take slow breaths.
  • Wear comfortable clothing and allow yourself to be present — no need to dress up for your healing.
  • Eat lightly beforehand if you are sensitive to energetic or somatic shifts.

Afterward, you may feel emotionally tender or energetically open. When possible, plan for rest, reflection, and self-care. I will gladly offer suggestions and aftercare practices for those moments when you are not in my studio.

This is your space to heal, transform, and remember. There is no rush, no pressure, no hierarchy — only presence, care, and co-creation. I am honored to walk beside you.
